We offer a variety of lessons to people from aged 5 upwards and a maximum of 13 stone. These lessons can range from learning the basics to more complex disciplines like jumping or dressage.
We offer half an hour starter lessons for the new riders, which progress to a 45 minute lesson when you have mastered rising trot and steering your horse at the same time.
We offer group, semi-private and private lessons.
Prices start at £20, see below:
You can also hire a hat and pair of boots for £2.
We recomend long socks and jogging bottoms for your first lessons as these can offer better comfort for yourself.
We also have a thriving Pony Club centre branch with over 70 members, this is great for you to learn new skills such as the basics in the stable and the basics to keeping your own horse. You can gain badges for completing tasks and also take tests to show your ability. Pony Club is also great to socialise with people of similar ages and to make new friends.
We offer lessons for people with all kinds of disabilities as well, more details on the RDA website www.tnrda.co.uk
We offer Road Safety training, BHS and Pony Club exams and more.
We are OPEN for business!
A reminder of the follwing update:
Important information to all clients - Due to the increased number of cancellations and no shows in the last few days/weeks, we have introduced a new payment system/procedure. From the 1st of September the following rules will apply:
- New clients will pay via card over the phone or by bank transfer on booking their first lesson.
- All clients will pre pay one lesson in advance (eg. if you're having a lesson on the 1st September, you will be required to pay for that lesson and the next one. Then each time there after you will be one week ahead.)
- The cancellation policy will be 48 hours notice via a telephone call or text message to 07501 257978 (not facebook message, as we do not always have time to check and respond to it). If 48 hours notice isn't given, you will forfeit the full lesson payment that you'e already paid. If you give 48 hours (or more) notice then your lesson will be carried over to next time.
Please note there is currently a waiting list with clients on and we are turning many people away, therefore if you are consitently missing lessons we may be forced to give your place to somebody else.
